Stretch, Reduce Stress, make yourself happier!
It's no secret that we live very busy lives in a world that has gotten complicated. Does the world seem even more stressful than it did pre-pandemic? We can fix that! The term "Recovery" has gotten a lot of attention lately. We often think of recovery in terms of illness. But the term has been used more recently to describe things that help us recover from daily life. All of the classes below are intended for that purpose. They involve breathing, stretching and reducing stress. Stretching works best after you've done some exercise. But you can do these classes even if you don't exercise. Keep your stretches gentle if you're just getting started. The classes are around 30 minutes. They're completely free.
